DAMAGE/MISSING ITEMS & RETURNS
Please always check upon receive if the carton box is damaged with any smash, rip, wet or other kind of damage. Also check if the products bottles are spilled, broken, opened or with other damages. Inform immediately the delivery company if you notice any of damages above on the products and request them a formal complaint number.
QOD Cosmetics will replace any damaged item of your shipment, once you send us pictures of damages and the formal complaint number. The damaged products pictures must be reported to email@example.com, together with specified name of products.
Please do not dispose any item or carton box before QOD Team respond, as we might need any special information for investigation.
MISSING OR WRONG ITEM
Once the order is delivered, please revise if the quantity and name products match with your purchase. If there is any wrong or missing item from your order, please report to QOD Team through firstname.lastname@example.org. We will investigate the issue and solve as soon as we can, replacing the item, or finding it in case of retention by customs for analysis – on this situation the product is normally posted to you posteriorly.
RETURNING AN ITEM
Please do not post an item back to QOD Cosmetics Factory Brazil before contact us through email@example.com. Due to import restrictions of Brazilian Customs Office, we will need to guide you in case of returning an item to Brazil. Contact QOD Team and we will support you.
